Error MSVCP140.dll is missing

If you got error MSVCP140.dll is missing might be two things: 

One missing Microsoft Visual C++.

Second one is firewall or antivirus blocking ports of server so you have to disable firewall and/or antivirus or to do exception for Mu-kaimas files.

Microsoft Visual C++ for 32 and 64 bits (try both if you do not know which 34/64 is. One will let install):
